Terms & Conditions

1. The FULL BALANCE is due upon booking. If you are unable to attend your session and notify Jessica Silveira Photography at least 24 hours prior to your session, you will receive 50% of your payment back as a refund. The remaining 50% is non-refundable and will be considered liquidated damages to Jessica Silveira Photography.
   

You are able to transfer (or "sell") your session time slot to someone else, but no refunds will be given.

If you are unable to attend your session and do NOT provide at least 24 hours notice to Jessica Silveira Photography, you will forfeit the entire payment and NO refunds will be issued.

If for any reason COVID-19 has become an issue, for either the studios limitations or yourself. I will be honouring your payment as a credit for a future booking.

By purchasing a session time slot, Client agrees to notify Photographer no later than 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend.
